SERVICES: Provide consumer information and mediation on contracts, products, services and companies.

Assist in securing credit and help make connections to credit reporting bureaus. Provide consumer credit counseling and budgeting in arranging payment plans to credit card banks and other payment centers.

Investigate complaints and negotiate settlements when possible. Speak on programs for consumer education.

Advocates for the unemployed, welfare recipients, elderly and handicapped in securing needed services.
