ELIGIBILITY: Person must be 60 years of age or older - must be in PA when abuse occurs.

Must be incapacitated.

Be in imminent risk or danger to his/her person or property Must not have a responsible caregiver.

FEES: None

SERVICES: Protective Services - Intervention in cases of physical/sexual abuse, neglect, financial exploitation and other emergency - crisis situations.
