Domiciliary Care Coordinator

8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m., Monday - Friday

18 or older; physically, emotional or socially handicapped, unable to live alone and no family or significant other able or willing to provide necessary support; eligible persons receive Domiciliary Care supplement.

FEES: No fee for placement services.

Dom care payment rate adjusted yearly.

SERVICES: Supervised placement with families in the community.

OTHER: Services provided by the Beaver County Office on Aging (BCOA) for all Dom Care residents through care management, protective service, education and support.
